Earlier this week, Black Panther's Chadwick Boseman released a video on his instagram of him training with Mixed Martial Arts master, Hollywood stuntman, and actor Marrese Crump. In this small clip, it appears Crump is showing Boseman how to defend himself against a knife attack. The style of fighting that would be used during the Black Panther movie along with a few other forms of Karate and Kung-Fu is called Capoeria.

Capoeria originated in Africa, but became popular in Brazil. It is a rhythm based fighting style, almost like a dance, but it allows you to get off an array of kicks and punches, at any given time or angle.

Black Panther will be in theaters February 16th, 2018.
