Marvel's Black Panther was a cultural phenomenon. Its theatrical run has had lasting effects beyond just box office revenue for Disney, sparking all sorts of discussion and celebration of black culture.

The late Tupac Shakur had similar effects on the community during his career, so naturally, Marvel Comics and the Estate of Tupac Shakur are collaborating "to bring together one of the most legendary artists of all time and the most culturally-impactful comic book hero of our era."

An exclusive 9-piece Tupac Shakur and Black Panther collection is now available at POP by Foot Locker, and "celebrates each's artistic far-reaching impact, while introducing new fans to their genius."

"The intersection of music and Black Panther is such a vital part of that property, so it is fantastic to co-brand with an influential artist like 2Pac on a new collection of Marvel apparel," said Marvel Licensing SVP Paul Gitter.

The full Tupac x Black Panther collection can be found over on Foot Locker, but take a look at some of the items below.

@Ha1frican - ever since I watched BP the first time, Tupac was the perfect candidate for Eric Killmonger. MBJ did a good job, but I was a fan of Pac in his lifetime, and he was made to portray that role. My two cents...

Pac's parents were actual Black Panthers so I get the intent.

But the designs should've tied Pac to Killmonger who was a literal Black Panther in ideology.

Pac would have loved Black Panther shame he wasn't here to see it or see it when it wins Best Picture.

@aflynn - Actually, it's a bigger shame he wasn't around to see the country's first Black President, especially since he doubted it would happen in one of his songs.

@Battabing - He said it twenty-somethin' years prior and added that we weren't ready...given the response ever since, I'd say he was right.

@Battabing - Actually he also lamented on how much he can't wait to see T'challa become a cultural icon and his love for m'baku.

@aflynn - wait so there's foundation that he actually knew of Black Panther, and was a fan? Okay, if that's the case, then this is pretty awesome. Otherwise, seems like a pretty slight overlap.

My friend who works at Foot Locker told me about this yesterday. Hopefully he can help out with a discount lol. I’m surprised that Kendrick didn’t have any Black Panther merch or a tie in since he did the album

@Bakugo - Kendrick has an exclusive deal with NIKE now after he left Reebok. That's most likely why, as NIKE are stingy with their athletes/celebrities.

Off-Topic:

Who’s seen Overlord? Movie was dope. Didn’t care for one or two things but man it had some visceral action and really intense sequences. Didn’t know if Wyatt Russell could pull of action hero but him and Jovan Adepo killed it.

@regularmovieguy - idk if I'm getting old or they turned the volume up but I felt like I was in the movie it was so loud! There was an elderly couple in front that showed up late and left almost immediately because of the insanity lol. I loved it! Almost 2 hours of non stop action, and they waste no time before cranking it to an 11 haha.
