Just found out the stunt double for taskmaster, Andy lister, played the role for literally the whole movie except for the moments the helmet was taken off. That's about 90% of the film. Just hope he's given more credit since he played the role so much more than the actor credited for the role. Doubles deserve better.

@Origame - They absolutely deserve more love.

@Origame

I don’t think Olga Kurleynko is really getting any credit for anything. Her and William Hurt showed up for probably a day to shoot their scenes.

@regularmovieguy - she's the one credited for the role. I'm just saying with how much he played, he should get the recognition for playing taskmaster.

@Menks123 - absolutely.

@Origame - You could tell the way he walked,fight and carried himself in general.

Marvel claims that they are so progressive that they have a female Taskmaster and it turns out that 90% of the screen time Taskmaster was a man.

@marvel72 - yeah. I remember dismissing Melina as taskmaster because it's pretty obvious it's a guy in the suit. It was such a cheat at the reveal when not only was it a woman that clearly wasn't the same person as the stunt double, but a woman we didn't even know about prior to the release of the film (we knew the actress, not the character).

And yeah, doesn't help their cause by having a guy technically playing the character more than the woman.

@Menks123 - is there an award for that? Should be

@ager - No, but I remember a lot of actors and directors wanting it and they should absolutely.

TM character should’ve been replaced with Crimson Dynamo armor. Same concept different suit. I thought they were swerving us and Dreykov was her real father, making Antonia her blood sister. In a way mixing Exterminatrix with Vindiktor and the female Crimson Dynamo
