@dopemaster - Oh yeah, I noticed that. I don't think its anyone in particular - I just reckon this facility is experimenting on a bunch of people. I think its just some random poor guy who has been experimented on. Do you have a theory?

@dopemaster - I was think that. I believe that it is a clone of Bucky... which would explain how they were able to keep Bucky young. They just keep renewing the model.

@dopemaster - Yeah its definately the Winter Soldier facility... but this looks like it happens after Bucky attacks Tony towards the beginning of the movie. I wonder how he lands up in cryo again at this facility? You takes him there? Tony? Zemo? hmmmm ....
