Check out a new promo pic of Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton aka Hawkeye in Captain America: Civil War.  Renner's Hawkeye is definitely rocking his most purplish look to date.  What do you think of his "getonmytip" hashtag?  Do you think Civil War will be the film where Hawkeye finally uses the boomerang arrow?  We've already seen from the latest trailer that he fires Ant-Man on one of his trick arrows - why stop at one iconic comic book moment when you can have two.  

Captain America: Civil War hits US theaters on May 6.

@EroticNeurotic - agreed he's always been my favorite avenger, I can't help but think what coulda been if he didn't spend 3/4 of Avengers 1 as a bad guy

@Mick808 - Its more so his personality that they didn't nail. He's cocky, sure of himself and can back it up with RAW SKILL. He's also acrobatic. They haven't shown any of his agility

@Vigor - I agree with you entirely, the movies have made him into a stoic, grumpy dad; while every other medium has him as a cocky confident guy who hates taking orders from anyone (cap included), and he is supposed to be more of an acrobat which they haven't even alluded to.

Hey Mr. Renner sir, if you're reading these comments, I have some advice, there's some bow staff dudes that are really good shooting arrows in real life, check them out on Youtube. You should try doing some cool stuff with those things once and a while. That line of sight shit gets kinda old.

Easily his best costume yet.

AOU was a good start to his character development, hope it continues.
