LEWIS is good and i really think he'd shine as CAP, but MARVEL will most likely want a A-LISTER and PITT and WORTHINGTON are the only ones up there!!!

@LEEE: I'm for Worthington all the way, but Ackles (he would be a good Hawkeye) is my second choice. I don't want Lewis or Pitt for Cap. Yep, tomorrow, opening day in the U.S.

Ah poor Eckhart, so close, yet so far!

Out of these 4 deffo Pitt. Yeah he has his age against him but the other 3 have more negatives imo.

Hey, gang! Glad to see most of you back over here. Hopefully, this can be a place to continue the intelligent debate over who should play Captain America, share fan art and converse about other stuff when there's nowhere else to go!

I haven't done the final tally yet because I had a pile of email votes to add to it, but these are the Top 4, by far.

@TheCritic/LEEE: Thanks! I think it needed an upgrade. Just hit "stop" (x) if you're tired of it flashing at you.

@LEEE: That would work! They could just take Pitt's face and put it on a skinny go pre-experiment, then he could play himself when he's developing, then put his face on a huge Cap body post serum!

i dont see pitt going along with this role. plus, he might be too old. captain america needs a mature look, but can't be actually too old.

jason lewis at times looks like a good choice, but he looks to pampered model-y to be a super soldier, plus the guy could act like shit for all i know, i've never heard of him ever except for lee777

jensen ackles looks to young to be the ultimate patriot. plus i think he is a lame actor sometimes. but he might not be too bad...

at first i automatically dismissed worthington on account of his lack of blonde hair, which i think is a definitive characteristic of steve rogers. but i can imagine him in the role, in the costume, and he wouldnt be bad. but i doubt they will really have him play cap

They really wouldnt even have to do the whole Benji Button thing guys. Have you seen Burn After Reading? Or even the trailers for Inglorious Basterds? The dude just need a bit of poly filler for those eye wrinkles and he could pass for 30 no bother!

i dont care how racist i sound but i did not vote for any one but brad Pitt because the only other one that can act is not an American and that would insult me if he was cap. i wish Worthington was Green Lantern but cap no way. if there are any brad Pitt haters i suggest you cut of your dick and watch fight club till your eyes bleed

Sam worthington is not right at all for Cap. Doesn't have the look, doesn't have the voice, and does not act anything like Cap. He is not an A-lister, and he sure as hell does not equal box office gold.

Why are you saying that now Lee? Hawk was the very first comment in the previous Cap poll and he said Jensen Ackles.

Could you please answer me on this one question I have. How in hell is Sam Worthington box office gold? Really, how? If you only answer one question of mine please answer that one. And you keep saying that Ackles would mean a box office flop, but I know that I, as a fan, would be more concerned with getting the character right, instead of putting box office as such a high priority.
