After a summer-long buildup, the Flashpoint event ended up only lasting an episode, but judging by that ending, it looks like the repercussions may be here to stay.

We have two awesome new trailers for next week's episode and maybe a couple teases for the weeks to follow. We catch the introduction of Barry's new co-worker Julian Albert, played by former Harry Potter villain Tom Felton, and then see the return of the heroic Jay Garrick, played by John Wesley Shipp. However, things start to get a little crazy after that with very brief looks at the origin stories of Kid Flash, Jesse Quick, Killer Frost, Vibe, Dr. Alchemy, The Rival, and many more. Oh and the return of Captain Cold as well as the dark and mysterious Harrison Wells. Check out the trailers below:

THE AFTERMATH - Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes the effects from Flashpoint are much greater than he thought. Meanwhile, Barry meets new co-worker Julian Albert (Tom Felton) and is surprised by Julian's immediate disdain for Barry. Ralph Hemecker directed the episode written by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing (#302).

Blinded by anger, Barry unwittingly plays into Zoom's game and uncovers the evil speedster's true goal: to destroy all the earths in the multiverse. In the face of his life, Barry ultimately gets the upper hand against Zoom and defeats his nemesis. But unable to celebrate victory, Barry makes a world-shaking decision and speeds back in time to the night his mother died to stop Reverse Flash from killing her, irrevocably changing his past and redetermining his future.

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow
Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon
Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West
John Wesley Shipp as Henry Allen/Jay Garrick
Michelle Harrison as Nora Allen
Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash
Violett Beane as Jesse Quick
Tom Felton as Julian Dorn

The Flash returns with an all-new episode October 11

The premiere was abysmal. I certainly hope they're going somewhere with all of this.

@BackwardGalaxy - I agree, it was pretty bad. I hope it doesn't go by the way of Arrow but idk, I'm not too hopeful. :/

Rather than having Flashpoint we had New 52, if u read the comic, you don't even need to watch the episode to understand what i'm saying.
It was ok, i was expecting much much much much more tho...
