Give the RIGHTS BACK TO DISNEY!!!!!!!
JonC - 2/14/2016, 11:22 AM
@Electron - Does Disney even show on the screen before a Marvel movie is played? Why do people associate these movies needing to go to Disney? Yeah, I understand Disney now owns Marvel but technically the rights need to revert to Marvel and not Disney.
JonC - 2/14/2016, 11:24 AM
@JonC - And for those concerned that no R rated content can come from a studio owned by Disney then they must have never heard of Touchstone which is owned by Disney.
StaticShock86 - 2/14/2016, 12:05 PM
@JonC - I never understood why people make that statement either, if they really had a clue what Disney owned they would probably shut up sense Disney owns Damn near everthing. Also only a small percentage is actually for kids.
Spider2YBanana - 2/14/2016, 9:35 AM
Well done. Fantastic movie!!!
kylo0607 - 2/14/2016, 9:35 AM
Well deserved. The movie was amazing. It was funny, action packed and full of heart. It made me a Deadpool fan. Glad that Fox let Miller and Reynolds do what they want.

Now, they should take a lesson and let Miller handle the X-Men. This movie depicted the X-Men as they should be and it wasn't even an X-Men movie.
Meteor - 2/14/2016, 9:36 AM
That's impressive, really. For sure there will be discutions among FOX, at least. A Wolverine R rated may be in the realm of possible now *fingers crossed*

Only Ironman,Batman & Spidey have had higher opening weekends man that is so cool congrats to that team who stuck with this project.
Typhoon20 - 2/14/2016, 9:46 AM
PLEASE PLEASE LET THIS OPEN THE WAY FOR THAT LAST JACKMAN WOLVERINE MOVIE TO BE RATED R. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

Can you imagine a Jackman Wolverine movie rated R where limbs and blood fly in the air oh man please please please. Let Jackman go all out in an R rated movie at least give us this and I SWEAR I will support all Fox comic book movies from now on out.

Remember Arkham game and those fight scenes ? Watching BvS final trailer those first 35 seconds reminded me of those fight scenes. Now imagine that Wolverine game R rated intro and those fight scenes on the big screen. DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN PLEASE FOX LET IT HAPPEN PLEASEEE !!! I'll suck all y'all dicks.
Ryguy88 - 2/14/2016, 9:47 AM
So the biggest opening weekend for the debut of a superhero of all time was in a Fox X-men movie??? But how???
JonC - 2/14/2016, 11:12 AM
@Ryguy88 - ...was in a movie Fox didn't want to make so they gave it a minimal budget...
Kadara - 2/14/2016, 9:47 AM
The Matrix was R-rated?WTF! And good for Deadpool, planning to rewatch on cheap Tuesday;)
Typhoon20 - 2/14/2016, 9:48 AM
Imagine an R rated Wolverine movie that resembles this intro:

Ryguy88 - 2/14/2016, 9:56 AM
@Typhoon20 - It is now actually possible! That script is not finished yet so there is lots of time!
