One of the few disappointing aspects of the movie. It wasnt the worse make-up, but it definitely should have been a lot more gross in order to sell the idea that he feels like a monster. He looked like he'd been burned or something, but nothing particularly disgusting to warrant the comments about his appearance.

Like, the transformation scene was great and horrific, but then he just kind of looks like a bald Ryan Reynolds with dry skin. The make-up is convincing, but it just could have looked slightly more horrific even if they didnt want to make people have a disconnect with the character.

Can you imagine having to sit for 7 hours getting make up applied? [frick] that takes devotion. I think the longest I've sat for a tattoo was 5 hours and that was absolutely brutal.
