Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' Digital release is fast approaching, and the sequel's gag reel has now been revealed. Featuring plenty of silliness and hijinks on the set of the Marvel Studios blockbuster, we see that the movie's cast had a whole heap of fun making this one.
The Doctor Strange follow-up crossed $400 million at the domestic box office yesterday, making it only the tenth MCU movie to achieve that feat. The final global haul is expected to be somewhere around $950 million, so while it will just miss out on $1 billion, this is still one heck of a result and the sort of return that guarantees we'll be getting a Doctor Strange 3 down the line.
While some fans were a little disappointed with the sequel's lack of Multiversal madness, it still proved to be a fun ride and nicely set the stage for some big future stories. The Scarlet Witch's depiction was perhaps most controversial, though there are already rumblings she might return to the MCU in her own solo series.
"Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a one of a kind blockbuster experience and a pure, unadulterated Sam Raimi movie that, while not quite the crazy ride through the Multiverse we expected, delivers a fun, horror-tinged trip," we concluded in our review of the movie when it first arrived in theaters last month.
