I don't want to Shia anyone here, so hopefully nobody thinks I'm copying their ideas. I just think wishlists make for fun articles.
So without further ado...
We might as well start with comics:
52
One of my personal favorites.
Who can beef with so much talent on one book? It didn't even seem to run into that "too many cooks in the kitchen" dilemma. Plus it is one huge story that would take 4 years to unfold in a normal monthly. Add some gorgeous covers on every issue and we've got a weiner.
Justice League vol 3 - Throne of Atlantis
While I have fallen out of comics lately, I hold a little sentimental attachment to Geoff Johns. While it isn't fantastically written, it is the frontline DC book and you can never go wrong with a little Jim Lee in your life.
The Sandman volume 1
This is a book that I have ALWAYS been curious about, and now with JGL and D-Goy getting ready to big screen it, I might as well.
I've always thought bookends were cool, and these ones are top-notch. Especially love the Ed McGuiness-designed ones, Loeb's Batman/Superman run were the first post-childhood comics I bought and they still hold a special place in the drawer next to my toilet.
Green Lantern-mobile
I would never actually drive this, and if I got it as a gift I would probably have it re-painted. But still, kinda cool, no?
4 TB harddrive.
This is a no-brainer. Why buy DVDs/Blu-Rays when I can just download them and fill this beast up? I'm up to over 7 TBs of storage at home, and somehow, it's running out.
While not an actual movie, if anybody watches Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! then they know that this poster is hilarious. I would laugh everyday with this on my wall. Spagett!
Yellow River Boys - Urinal St. Station
The number 1 album on VICE magazine's top 50 of 2013. This first single from this country music spoof album has been playing in my car for months. I need all 10 tracks! A must have for any pee-based aficionado.
Volcano Vaporizer
For all of my one single vaporizing need!
Omega Garden Hydroponic Carousel System
While the model shown isn't the Omega, you get the idea. Great tool for the basement gardener! You can even grow vegetables in it if you want.
Thanks all. Just thought I'd kill some time at work. Feel free to post unrelated gifs below!
