Ghost...Hired by Roxxen oil to dstroy Accutech. Then Iron Man buys Accutech and when a problem arises he goes to check it out and he meets Ghost Now who is Ghost? He is a villain whose name is unknown.

The ghost wears a battlesuit that allows him to become invisible and also make things he is holding invisible. With his battle suit he can walk through walls.
The Ghost is a gifted inventor, having devised nearly his entire arsenal personally, he has also shown skill as a technician, engineer, demolitions expert and computer scientist. The Ghost carries a TASER and guns that fire blasts of electricity or concussive force. He uses a variety of explosives for his acts of industrial sabotage, including miniature explosive drones and grenades.
Not really the type you'd expect in a modern Iron Man movie. Mainly because he isn't a machine. I know how Jon Favreau wants to use the Mandarin but, if he doesn't work out then, Ghost could be a good back up villain.
Who could play him?
I know Nick might be older but, they could cnge his age like they did in Iron Man 2. I know the accent might be a problem but, they might find a way around it.
