Would like to see Paul McGuigan ("Lucky Number Slevin", "Victor Frankenstein") direct an "X-Factor Investigations" movie based on Jamie Madrox' turn at running the team from the "Madrox" and "X-Factor vol 3" books. Not sure what the story would be though.

Cast

Jensen Ackles (38 years old, 6'1") as Jamie Madrox (Multiple Man)
Rachelle Lefevre (37 years old, 5'7") as Theresa Cassidy (Siryn)
Janina Gavankar (36 years old, 5'7") as Monet St. Croix (M)
Claudio "Cesaro" Castagnoli (35 years old, 6'5") as Guido Carosella (Strong Guy)
Taissa Farmiga (22 years old, 5'4") as Rahne Sinclair (Wolfbane)
Diego Boneta (26 years old, 5'9") as Julio Richter (Rictor)
Alex Pettyfer (26 years old, 5',11") as Aurthur Centino (Longshot)

@mtwiggs - I can see that. Good call on everyone(never thought of Ackles- I was thinking Josh Hartnett) and Paul McGuigan making a pretty good X-Factor Investigations movies, as well as the Hughes Brothers(From Hell, Book of Eli,Broken City, and Menace to Society) are my second choice(don't know why I didn't mention either in the article)

@JaredRWebb12 - Yeah, I had the idea in my head a while ago, but with Fox moving forward with their own New Mutants story and so many of the team members being former New Mutants, I kinda lost interest as I'm sure they will be taking it in a direction that I'm not really interested in.

@mtwiggs - Unfortunately I think you're right. We might have to wait a couple years before we see it, if ever.

@JaredRWebb12

Justin Lin
Notable Work: Fast and Furious franchise, Star Trek Beyond
Best Fit: Main Series, New Mutants
Why: Dude clearly has a knack for working with diverse teams. Also manages to infuse cool energy and action sequences you won't forget.

David Nutter
Notable Work: Game of Thrones, Sarah Connor Chronicles
Best Fit: Any spinoffs
Why: He understands character, and is versatile enough to fit in with many styles. a TV director that has done everything from Homeland to Superboy.

James Cameron
Notable Work: Needs no explanation
Best Fit: Executive Producer, head of creative vision
Why: In my opinion, one of the godfathers of modern sci-fi could make an X-Men for the ages. He knows how to build a universe, and has a great relationship with FOX- they would no longer take a back seat to Marvel and DC if Cameron made a mutant epic for them.

@RobGrizzly - I would love to see a Justin Lin New Mutants movie. And if Cameron was X-Men's Feige, shit might actually git done

@RobGrizzly - very good calls all around...especially the James Cameron in a Kevin Fiege type exec producer role. I'm not going to lie, I have yet to see one entry in the Fast & Furious franchise (not a jab, just never got around to watching it) but I am familiar enough to know that Lin is a good fit.

@mtwiggs - May be later, but the more I hear about Simon Kinberg writing and directing the next X-Men movie, the more I'd rather have some of our suggestions
