Randall Park as Jimmy Woo
Notable Work:Fresh off the Boat
Age:43
Why:The MCU has already cast him, and for the sake of continuity(because this isn't Fox) we'll just keep him in the role
Robert De Niro as Kenneth Hale/Gorilla Man
Notable Work:The Godfather Part II,Meet the Parents franchise,Raging Bull,Goodfellas,Casino,Heat,Silver Linings Playbook,Brazil
Age:74
Why:As a seasoned adventurer(trapped in the body of an IMMORTAL gorilla no less) Kenneth Hale has seen it all, and what better voice to bring this jaded adventurer to life than Robert De Niro?
Emiila Clarke as Namora
Notable Work:Game of Thrones
Age:31
Why:Namora is the cousin of Namor, and is a bit more forgiving of the surface world than her cousin, also,on Game of Thrones,Danareys Targaryen reminds me a lot of Namora
Alexander Skarsgard as Uranian(Richard Grayson)
Notable work:True Blood,Legend of Tarzan
Why:He has the look and build for the part, and being an Eternal, age is just a number
Age:40
Stefani Germotta as Venus
Notable work:American Horror Story
Age:31
Why:While still an unknown actress,Germotta(better known as singer Lady Gaga) has lots of talent,as she won a Golden Globe for her acting on American Horror Story, and that talent, along with her singing voice, will make for a great Venus.
London Brown as 3-d Man(Delroy Garrett Jr.)
Notable work:Ballers
Age:36
Why:In spite of his age, he is just now getting some buzz after being able to match Dwayne Johnson(in the charisma department nonetheless) as Reggie, the back biting, leech of a friend to the main character, which is some of the better acting on tv right now, that along, with his comedic timing makes him a perfect fit to go along with this roster.
Wyatt Cenac as M-11
Notable work:People of Earth
Age:41
Why:Rounding out the cast as M-11, I figured I'd need a comedian to provide some relief(while still being sharp as a tack), and so, enter Wyatt Cenac, who is the lead in the TBS series People of Earth, and winning 3 Emmy's for his work on The Daily Show(with John Oliver), and then, last but not least, was nominated for Best Comedy Album at the Grammys for Brooklyn... He's a talented man who hasn't made it big yet.
Villains:
Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Jade Claw
Age:23
Notable work:Crouching Tiger,Hidden Dragon:Sword of Destiny
Why:Maybe the movie she was in wasn't the best in the world, but her acting stood out and made more wonder what she would do with a better part.
Jensen Ackles as Eric O'Grady/Dark Ant-Man
Age:39
Notable work:Supernatural
Why:He's around Paul Rudd's age and has the comedic timing to pull off Eric O'Grady.
Director(commenter's choice, I couldn't narrow it down):
Martin Campbell
Age:73
Notable work:Casino Royale,The Mask of Zorro,and Goldeneye
Pros:Strong experience in the spy genre, and might be better suited directing a spy flick than shooting the intergalactic shenaningans of Hal Jordan
Cons:Age may be just a number, but is he falling off? His last two movies were Edge of Darkness(55 on Metacritic) and the debacle of Green Lantern movie(it wasn't all his fault, as he didn't get to pick his lead and it was obvious the writers didn't read the comics), but how will he function in another shared universe?
Brad Bird
Age:59
Notable work:The Incredibles,Mission Impossible:Ghost Protocol,Iron Giant
Pros:He obviously has a handle on the superhero genre, as he made the greatest Fantastic Four and Superman movies of all time, and can handle character and team dynamics, and still making a great adventure movie for everybody.
Cons:Well, Tomorrow Land didn't quite work, but that one could be blamed on Damon Lindelof, who wrote the script.
Justin LIn
Age:45
Notable work:Star Trek:Beyond, Fast and Furious franchise
Pros:Can infuse a longshot or left for dead property by infusing an ensemble with a sense of coolness, swagger, and a family feel, all the while not murdering an action scene.
Cons:No concievable weakness, but scheduling may be an issue
Writer(s):
Richard Ayoade
Age:40
Notable work:Submarine,The Double
Why:Excellent comedy and character writer.
Brad Bird
The resume is above, if you need me to retype, THEN TOO BAD
Plot Points:
1)The team will conquer Yellow Claw relatively early(first act early) so that way, they can set up a more spy v spy movie
2)The movie will also take major influences from Jeff Parker's 1998-2010 run-with all the bull about immortality and youth and out retconning Joey Q(a skill in and of itself)
3)It will (hopefully) lead into an Iron Man 4 plot, with the real Mandarin as the villain.
That's all for now folks, leave all your thoughts concerns, and consternations in the usual place.
