Okay, this is the first thing i've ever posted on this site and is an idea i came up with while watching DB:E about a month after finishing reading the whole manga and thought it would be cool to see a db movie that is closer to the original story. I'm not even sure if all of this could fit in a 2 hour movie. Also i personally didnt think DB:E was all that bad, it just wasn't what we all expected. Plus I'm sick of reboots. P.S. OPENING SEQUENCE: Piccolo half dead uses his remaining energy to spit out an egg then dies. It hatches and a younger, miniture piccolo emerges. Piccolo Jr. is born. He is then shown in the woods killing animals and using KI. Then he rapidly grows up and looks at the camera and in a very calm tone says GOKU...
It has been a few years since dbe and goku is still training under roshi for the famous budokai which is in two months.Traing alongside Goku is Yamcha and a newcomer, Krillin. One day Roshi explains to Goku that he has finished his training there and needs to move on and a good test would be scaling the legendary "Korin's Tower" which Roshi climbed years ago. He also explains the concept of a master martial artist and his magic water that he keeps in the top of the tower. Goku decieds he will go after he goes and meets chi chi's father so he can ask to marry her. He arrives at her mansion from the first movie and now you can see a street sign that says "FRY PAN" as a nod to the manga. Goku goes inside and realizes where he has seen her father before. He is the world famous wrestling champ, THE OX KING. Ox-King agrees to let chi chi marry goku if goku defeats him in a match. The fight is real short and goku obviously holds back and defeats Ox-King with a small ki/kamehameha blast. Ox-King reconizes this as a roshi turtle style technique. He then reveals himself to be Roshi's former student who trained under him with Gohan. He then grants goku permission to propose to chi chi and tells goku he is (other than Roshi) the first man to defeat him but tells him that a guy named MR.SATAN came close. Goku sets off to the land of Korin. Goku arrives to see a small army ravaging a native american village and a man known as Taopaipai is leading them. As his small son watches BORA, the tribes chief and last survivor except his son UPA stands up and tells Tao he will not hand over the Dragon Ball. Tao kills bora and takes THE FOUR STAR DRAGON BALL. Goku reconizes this as the ball he recieved on his 17th Birthday and becomes enraged rushing for taopaipai. They fight and goku sends a VERY powerful Kamehameha towards tao who absorbs the attack. Stunned Goku doesnt react to a Dodon Ray sent by Tao that knocks goku out. Tao and his small army leave with the dragon ball believing Goku to be dead. As they leave the screen a soilder stops and puts up a RED RIBBON flag. Goku awakens in a Tee-Pee with the small boy UPA aiding him. Upa explains aboutt the red ribbon army and their quest for world domination by general red and his 2nd in command and robot maker DR.GERO and their dragon ball search. Goku, furious sets toward Korin Tower after promising upa he would train and destroy the R.R. Army and bring UPA back to life with the dragon balls. Goku climbs for two days until he reaches the top. Once there he is furious to find no one there but a strange blue cat.
