The Batman

The Batman's Shadow will focus on the trial of Falcone and his desperation leads him to hiring "masks". The Scarecrow and The Mad Hatter will be the primary antagonists, as The Hatter kidnaps many young children for ransom including Gordon's daughter, Barbara. The Batman will visit The Joker in the asylum who almost acts as a Hannibal Lecter type character, giving insight into the minds of the villains. Also a new love interest is introduced, Jillian Maxwell who in the end turns up to be a gold digger who marries rich men, murders them and changes her name. In the end, Batman defeats The Scarecrow and The Hatter and Falcone scars Dent, creating Two Face.

The returning cast:

and the Newbs:

As seen in: Grey's Anatomy

A really gorgeous older actress who is incredible. I think she'd do phenomenal.

As seen in: 24, Allstate Commercials

This guy is the perfect Fox next to Mr. Freeman.

As seen in: Big Fish, American Horror Story

Dr. Thompkins has been missing from a lot of Batman films. She's a very vital character and someone Bruce holds dear to his heart. I think Lange would be fantastic as Thompkins.

As seen in: The Chronicles of Narnia, Elf

I wanted The Hatter to be very small and uses a comically large gun for him. I think Dinklage is a great actor and could make this light hearted character dark and disturbed.

As seen in: The Big Bang Theory

I know a lot of people might be upset at this: how can he play a serious character and what not, but i think he has the right frame and he is actually a very skilled actor. I think he would do a good job!

Also this is what i'd want the suit to look like. Kevlar is underneath the suit and the cowl is a cloth covered kevlar rugby-type helmet, so the cowl can actually be pulled back.

I dig!:)

The costume looks great!

I really think they should take some inspiration from Watchmen´s Nite Owl and use maybe samekind of material to create a whole new Batman suit for the future movies.
Suit which is more close to Bats costume in comics and Arkham Asylum games.

Parsons as Scarecrow if the only one whole really doesnt strike me that hard.
I think the guy who plays Jonathan Crane should really look like a last dude you want to trust. I mean really creepy.
Cillian Murphy did awesome job in that role and its really hard to think anyone who could do it better than him but i think that Jackie Earle Haley or Guy Pearce would be cool choice.

And yeah Killer Croc and Bane to the next one please!;)

why would you cast the same villains from the 1st one that makes no seance.

with that costume Batman will be dead in hours, if he wore that on the streets of Gotham.

@ 123 Avengers and yes the joker would almost as a consultant but i want Dent to play a bit of a bigger role, just because of my ideas for the third one :)

@ Alex i completely agree on that! Murphy's portrayal of Crane was top notch he was perfect. but i do think the creepiness can be pulled out of the persons acting chops too, ya know? take Jude Law in Road to Perdition for example, he's a good looking normal guy, but he played the biggest creepster ever haha.

and for you both i may just have to squeeze those characters in somewhere, i kind of have the story planned out already but i'll see what i can do :)

@ alucard "seance"? sorry, i had to strike that one. anyways its continuity, why would i NOT cast the same characters? and also i want the STYLE of that suit, but have it actually built to protect of course.

anyways at all, thanks for the feedback :) means a lot!

ive had some similar ideas to these, like having Joker return as a Hannibal type character, Dalton as Alfred, and armour under a cloth suit for the Batman costume, and I've been thinking about putting them into the fan fic series I'm writing at the moment. I guess I'll have to tweak them now to avoid it being too similar to yours, and I'll probably drop the costume idea from mine too.
But yeah, some very good ideas here (great minds think alike I guess) but I'm not too sure on some of your cast choices, such as Jim Parsons as Scarecrow. He's too likeable of an actor to play a creepy character like Scarecrow.

True if you look it that way :)

Pretty decent cast. Not too keen on Fassbender as Bruce or Parsons as Scarecrow, but I do adore Peter Dinklage for Mad Hatter.
