The Spectacular Spider-Man Part 4

Conners talks to his wife about how nothing will go wrong with the experiment.
Curt: i will be fine Martha dont worry
Martha Conners: if you kill yourself, i dont know what i will do.
Curt: i love you, i love you so so much.
Conners kisses her on the forehead and then kisses his son Billy and goes to his office at Oscorp.
We see Conners with the needle holding the formula. he then shoves it into his arm.
We hear screaming and we see Conners arm regrow for a second and then it starts turning green with scales and he starts screaming and when we think it is over the room is silent and then the camera panels straight to The Lizard's face and he roars.

We cut to a giant Green Lizard storming around New York destroying cars and streets, we then hear the Lizard scream and yell. Peter is walking home when he remembers he has his suit in his bag and goes to the highest building he can see, he gets changed and then Spider-Man comes out and we see him swinging in New York, he dodges a couple of buildings, then he swings through a clothes line. Spider-Man is swinging but he hears people screaming.
Person: AAAAAAAWWWWWW
Lizard: All these fools, think they can run.
Spider-Man swings in and saves a ton of people and then he catches up to the Lizard.
Spider-Man: hey, sewer breath, what the hell do you think your doing?
Lizard: i have no time for a teenager in a suit.
Spider-Man: im not a teenager, i am a …… spider?
Lizard storms into spider-man knocking him on the ground. Spider-Man gets up and swings up to him the police hear about all this and they get the choppers and cars and swat teams ready.
Police Cop 2: We have a visual on Spider-Man, and a green man
Police Cop 3: get them!!!.
Spider-Man is on the run from the police and follows the Lizard throughout the city, the police men fire away at there guns at Spider-Man and The Lizard.
The Lizard: must find Osborn, i must kill him for what he has done to us.
Spider-Man: Oh crap, that does not sound good.
Spider-Man swings up to the Lizard and kicks him in the face, the Lizard flies over into a wall and screams and charges at Spider-Man, when suddenly a sought of sense kicks in and Spider-Man sees what the Lizard is going to do and time slows down, and he dodges the Lizard again.
The Lizard runs into the sewers and Spider-Man follows him.

The police men lose there sight in Spider-Man and The Lizard and call it a night.

Spider-Man is lurking down in the sewers the camera shows what Spider-Man sees (POV shot) it is all silent and then the camera goes back to normal and we hear a scream, and a louder one and then the sewer goes silent…. and then the Lizard jumps out of no where in a jump scene and Spider-Man is cought of guard.
The Lizard holds spider-man up against a wall
The Lizard: if you get into my business again i will kill you.
Spider-Man: well you know that is going to happen right?
The Lizard: quite the joker are you, Peter.
Spider-Man is in shock, The Lizard knows who he is.
Spider-Man: who are you?
The Lizard: a friend, but if you get into my business again i will kill you and your family.
Spider-Man: what are you going to do with Osborn?
Lizard: he took all the credit for starting oscorp, ever wondered why you were poor Peter?, because Norman took all the credit and all the money. Me and your dad never got anything.
Spider-Man: there has to be more to this
Lizard: he is the reason i am or was missing my arm.
Lizard: i will let you go, but do not go anywhere near me or Osborn, he is mine.
Lizard throws Spider-Man outside the sewers,and Spider-Man swings back home.

We see the Lizard planning his attack on Norman Osborn, with figures of the Oscorp tower and where the final battle between The Lizard and Spider-Man takes place.

The next day Peter goes to Gwen's house and talks to her, about the Lizard.
Peter: he knows who i am. but i know who he is.
Gwen: so what does that mean?, but who is he?
Peter: he said if i meddled with his business again he would kill me and everybody i love. It Conners, Gwen.
Gwen: what are you going to do?
Peter: i dont know what i will do, he said something about Norman Osborn.
Gwen: the owner or oscorp?
Peter: yeah, he said that he and my dad started up Oscorp, but Norman took all the credit and then he said he was the reason why he was missing his arm.
Gwen: Peter, i love you, but i dont know what you should do, i mean he is dangerous.
Peter: now your dad wants both of us dead, me and Conners.
Gwen: i can try tell him that Conners is the Lizard
Peter: nah, dont then he will wonder how you knew.
Peter: i have to protect Norman Osborn.
Gwen: why?, he took everything from you.
Peter: i know, but my uncle told me with great power comes great responsibility.
Gwen: just promise me one thing.
Peter: what?
Gwen: dont let him hurt you or my dad.
Peter: i promise Gwen, he will not hurt me and he will not hurt your dad.
