While the early reviews for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald have been decidedly mixed, most critics seem to be in agreement about the film nailing its hero, played by Academy Award-winner Eddie Redmayne, and its titular villain, played by 3x Academy Award-nominee Johnny Depp. However, with the spotlight firmly on those two, it appears some of the supporting cast may not get as much time to shine this time around, although that J.K. Rowling can always rectify moving forward with three more films on the way over the course of the next decade as we slowly, but surely, approach the historic duel in 1945 between Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) and Gellert Grindelwald (Depp).

As we count down the days to the highly-anticipated film, Warner Bros. has released over one-hundred ultra hi-resolution stills from the David Yates-directed sequel. To make them all easier to view, we'll be sharing them in six batches of twenty, so be sure to check out the fifth batch today and check back in tomorrow for the final batch of enchanting new photos.

At the end of the first film, the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise wizards and witches up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald's plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

@guyatadesk - LOL. Wizarding Community like "we're only kind of prejudice."

No Maj. The Brits have it better: Muggle.

@guyatadesk - No Maj just sounds like no one put any creative thinking behind the term. "No Magic." Muggle sounds like some sort of British slang (like the word was derived from an actual British slang term) and it rolls off the tongue. It sounds weirdly appealing too.

Looks like FB2 is in for the same fight as Bohemian teetering on that 58-60 range, ie Fresh/Rotten

Since I have your attention (2) reviews to notice

Empire, 3/5 = Fresh
Time Out, 3/5 = Rotten

Sorry. No reviewer who gives a film 3/5 should be allowed to press the Rotten button.
