Speaking to MTV, RZA - who will portray Blind Master in the upcoming G.I. Joe sequel, Cobra Strikes - talks about working with director Jon Chu for the first time, saying that the cast is 'strong' and says that it'll be 'a lot of fun'. He also talks about his being a Joe fanboy since childhood.
On working with Jon Chu...
It's a great offer, a great producer. I like John Chu, he's directing it. We had a fun time talking about the character. It's a very strong cast. I want to do that. I think it will be a lot of fun, and I love having fun.
On being a G.I. Joe fanboy since he was a kid...
I've watched all the G.I. Joe cartoons! I got the toys, I had the pull-string doll when I was a kid. You just pull the string. He had the mustache and the beard. I've been a G.I. Joe fan forever.
G.I. Joe 2: Cobra Strikes hits theaters August 10th, 2012!
