Alison Mack Comments Briefly On The Chances Of Appearing In ARROW

Smallville actress Alison Mack (Chloe Sullivan) reveals that she would consider reprising her role in Arrow if the CW were to come up with the right storyline, although thankfully goes on to reveal she's not that keen on the idea.

Chloe Sullivan was a new creation for the Smallville universe, but her presence in the show would eventually leave most fans feeling positively hateful towards the character. While Alison Mack didn't do too terrible a job, Chloe's dreadful pop culture quips and idiotic storylines (she went from a college drop-out to a tech genius with incredible weaponry and fighting skills who controlled "The League"'s Watchtower) were one of the worst parts of a show which rapidly went downhill during its final few years.

One of those storylines included a relationship with Justin Hartely's Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, and while the new CW series starring Stephen Amell as the DC superhero will have no links to the Smallville universe, TV Guide recently asked her whether she would consider reprising the role. "You know, no one's talked to me about that. I'm not sure. It would have to be a really great part and a really great storyline for me to do something like that, because at this point I'm looking forward and so the idea of revisiting a character that I've put to rest is not necessarily the thing that's most exciting in the front of my mind. But I never say never."

Would you like to see Chloe Sullivan (or Alison Mack in another role) appear in Arrow? Really?! Sound off with your thoughts in the usual place.

I personally liked Chloe more than I liked Lana or even Lois in the beginning though Lois got better latter on. I don't think Chloe would be ok for this show though but I loved the Chloe character.

So it's purposely made to not be related to smallville in anyway and this reporter asks a jack ass question like that...

Seriously... thats as bad as the questions the idiots at comic con ask at panels

What is she supposed to say "F that show"?

Haha is there a proven fact that people positively hated her, or is this the opinion of the writer? I mean, I didn't hate her. Of course the show eventually turned into a giant bucket of turds... That wasn't all her doing though. I'm pretty sure it was the ongoing constant repitition of stories and the loss of some good talent that helped do it in.

I found Clark more annoying then her. She was cool most of the time they didn't know what the crap they were doing with Clark.

I could see her in another part since well, TV actors tend to get recycled into similar shows.

it wouldn't make sense for her to be chloe in another interpretation of green arrow's story.

I should specify that I wasn't a Smallville fan anyway (aside from a few eps here and there) but she made me really despise it and change channels on a number of occasions. What a self righteous, nosy, busy body cow Chloe Sullivan was. Wretched.

I loved Chloe in the show!
they just handled her so terribly. You could tell that they just didn't know what to do with her and gave her some stupid storylines,

I did however, loved it when she got her meteor-freak healing powers. Then they suddenly just write them off? it's like, What the hell?

I actually wasn't a fan of her being a meteor freak. Again, I'm ready to see her funbags in maxim or something less tasteful haha

I loved her and her character! She had a few annoying plotlines, but I always considered her to be a fan-favorite.

I would however, love Alison Mack to appear on Arrow,
not as Chloe, but as a different character in a recurring role (:
she's a good actress and I think it would be a nice nod to Smallville.

I wasn't the only one who hated the fact that everything out of her mouth was a pop-culture reference or an attempt to be funny? Thank god. Her, Lois and Jimmy were the worst at this, any conversation between two of them was unbearable. And when they tried to make Clark likeable in later seasons, he started using the same references and jokes. I liked Smallville but the dialogue was so freaking awful.

"Her character's/Smallville's failure was not her fault..
It was the writers"

But yeah Chloe was annoying

Chloe worked for the first 3 seasons. But I did enjoy her in the comics (the actual ones, not that Season 11 stuff), she worked well as a foil to Jimmy Olsen.

Of course she isn't it wouldn't make sense with them starting over with the Green Arrow character.

CW shouldn't even be doing this show they should be doing Wonder Woman or how about Metropolis. They they could have cameos from the Smallville cast.
