Laurel (Katie Cassidy) officially joins Team Arrow in new season 3 promo art. She joins Diggle (David Ramsey), Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), Arsenal (Colton Haynes) and of course Arrow (Stephen Amell) as the defenders of Starling City.

Arrow season 3 premieres Wednesday October 8th at 8/7 PM EST/PST. Judging by the background of the poster, looks like Starling City is in for another rough year.
 
SEASON 3 PREMIERE SYNOPSIS: “In the aftermath of this victory, Season 3 opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen — not as long as the city needs The Arrow.”

Roy's outfit is awesome. Even better than Ollie's. Hell, it might be the best superhero costume on TV at the moment.

Roy's costume would be cool without the lace things. With it he looks like a male hooker.

Horrible photo shopping as usual though. Seriously, all posters, even for big budget films are like this. I say production people need to just let Deviant art users have a little campaign, who ever makes the best poster wins something.

Because the people they hire don't know how to do posters. It's actually sad.

Not trying to make DC fan boys rage with the comments about Roy's costume. I like it, I just dislike the laces. I mean what are they for? To catch yourself on stuff? If you're in a fight I don't think that would be the best idea... but whatever...

Still glad he does have a costume. Hope Oliver gets a new costume sometime as well. I'd like it to be less leather and more the material his hood is made out of. Also they should have different colored pants? I honestly never was a fan of just having a green pants or red pants.

Roy's costume looks like a militaristic/urban type outfit. Thats why I like the laces, they add to the uniform.

Weird promo art, hope it's not season dvd packaging. For anyone who is interested, the lenticular second season Blu-ray cover from Best Buy switches between masked Arrow and the Modern Deathstroke and is very, very cool. I'd put a picture on here, but I'm too lazy to figure it out.

Are Roy's legs and torso two separate images? Also, Diggle has been made taller (if my memory of past seasons serves me right). Aside from that I love the poster.
I'll wait until I see Roy in action to give my opinion on the suit.
