Considering that the news only just recently broke out about retired Arrowverse actor 'Stephen Amell', making his grand return as the legendary character 'Oliver Queen' in the final season of 'The Flash', it seems even more unbelievable that he had personally confirmed his comeback.
The Flash is currently in the midst of shooting their ninth episode, out of the planned thirteen-episode count for this final season, meaning that the show is leaning more and more toward the home stretch.
Stephen Amell was confirmed by various news articles to make his big return in this episode which is currently shooting, but now that he went on as far as uploading proof, it makes it all the more exciting.

Honestly, having that as proof is all of what I could possibly want and need, to prepare me for this triumphant return.
And the proof does not end with that plain set photo -- oh no. Amell later took on to his Instagram account to upload a humorous welcome back video, saying he is glad to come back as seemingly any version of his character:
"I'm coming back, for the ninth and final season of The Flash. Why? It doesn't matter. How? It doesn't matter... Greg Berlanti called me up and he said that The Flash is ending, would you like to come back? And I said yes! You don't even have to finish your sentence; I have always loved coming back as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow/The Spectre/The Flash -- To The Flash." - Stephen Amell
