Earlier this week, we caught word of a new trailer for James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 being classified, and now, we've received confirmation that a new trailer is indeed on the way.

Broadway World (via Trailer-Track) has obtained next week's guest list for ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! and have revealed that GOTG star Chris Pratt will make an appearance on Tuesday night's episode to debut the brand new theatrical trailer, which should be the third overall.

Considering that ABC is a Disney-owned network, it should've probably been somewhat expected that Marvel would once again choose to debut one of their blockbuster trailers during the network's most popular late night talk show. In the past, Marvel has taken to Kimmel's show to air the first trailers for Guardians of the GalaxyCaptain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man: Homecoming

So, what do you guys think? What would you like to see in this new trailer? Sound off with your thoughts below!

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

@soberchimera - I don't usually fall for jump scares in movies but I literally hit the cinema roof when this scene happened in Fellowship of the Ring. It was just so unexpected.
