HELLBOY The Movie May Have Bombed, But This Hot Toys Action Figure Is 100% Awesome

The Hellboy reboot has been a critical and commercial flop, but there's no denying that the Right Hand of Doom looked cool, and this detailed Hot Toys action figure should be a must-have for any fan...

The odds were seemingly stacked against Hellboy from the start, especially when the teaser trailer - which leaked online weeks before it was officially released - was widely ridiculed. With Lionsgate seemingly not bothering to give the movie a significant push after that, it's no wonder it ultimately flopped both critically and commercially this past weekend.

There have also been reports that behind-the-scenes issues plagued the movie from day one.

On the plus side, David Harbour looked cool as the demonic hero, and Hot Toys has now unveiled an action figure which promises to be a must-have for fans of his take on the character. The highly-accurate collectible figure features a newly developed head sculpt with two styles of interchangeable horns.

There's also an array of weapons and accessories including the Excalibur sword, pistols, sword of fire and lighting effect accessory for alternative display styles, a movie-themed figure stand with burning flame diorama accessories and character backdrop. Needless to say, it's pretty badass and an essential addition to any Hellboy fan's collection.
