Chris Pratt To Join Channing Tatum In The Russo Brother's GHOSTBUSTERS Film?
Yesterday it was announced that a new Ghostbuster film is in the works and it will be directed by the Russo Brothers and star Channing Tatum.
According to a new report from BadAss Digest, Guardians of the Galaxy actor Chris Pratt is rumored to team up with Channing Tatum in the new Ghostbusters film set to hit theaters after Feig's 2016 film. This report also says that this new film won't be "guy-centric" and it will tie-in to Paul Feig's 2016 female-led film. It's said that after both of these films are out, a third film will be made that sees the team from Feig's film team up with the team from the Russo Brother's film, "Avengers-style." While the title of the franchise is "Ghostbusters", Sony says not every film will be about the teams taking down Ghost, instead it'll be "the catch-all umbrella for a world of supernatural FX comedies." If this all turns out to be true, that means we'll get three new Ghostbusters films, plus a prequel film that will take place before the entire trilogy! Also, before you get your hopes up high, that prequel film is said to have nothing to do with the original film. How does all this sound to you? Sound off below with your thoughts!
