HALLOWEEN International Trailer May Give A Little Too Much Away - Possible SPOILERS Ahead

Some complained that yesterday's new trailer for David Gordon Green's Halloween revival showed too much, and if you were one of those people, you're better off skipping this Brazilian version altogether!

If there was one complaint about yesterday's new trailer for Halloween 2018 it's that it seemed to give a bit too much away about the plot of David Gordon Green's horror sequel, and this Brazilian version takes that to a whole new level.

Though there's always a chance things won't play out in the actual movie they way this footage suggests, the teaser certainly appears to hint at the imminent deaths of several principal and supporting characters - including Michael Myers and/or Laurie Strode.

Again, it might just be how the trailer has been cut together, but just in case, major SPOILER warning!

Whatever the case I LOVE this film, I thought it might be tripe but its shaped up by what has been seen to be a genuine follow up to Halloween in the best sense..

I still watch my Critereon DVD of Halloween and with most of Carpenters early stuff (er forget Ghost of Mars)...He knew how to make you feel awkward and afraid with minimum gore.

Wasn't Jamie Lee Curtis's character killed off in H20?

@Roodi - No, she died in the sequel to h20. None of it's canon anyway.

@Roodi - this film is the only direct sequel to Halloween. All the other sequels Halloween 2 and the rest don't exist, It's a new canon. That's because in the sequels, including Halloween 2, Michael Myers is very supernatural and would have been killed numerous times over. In Halloween, he gets stabbed in the eye, shot a couple of times, but basically survived all that.

Don't really think it was all that spoilery. The Halloween movies were never my beat, but I'm actually really looking forward to this. I know I'm in the minority, but I also didn't mind Rob Zombie's Halloween films either.

Won't be watching until after I've seen the finished film - can't wait - but WILL wait!

So...what? Are we really expecting any astonishing or shocking surprises from yet another Halloween movie? It really isn't worth giving a shit about spoilers for a movie like this; we're not talking about the sixth sense here. People are looking forward to this for the thrills of watching another Michael Myers slasher flick; there really aren't many surprises (especially in that trailer) that are gonna impact that one way or another.

Giving away too much of the plot? This isn't exactly the BvS Doomsday trailer. I mean, SPOILER ALERT, Michael Myers is gonna murderize a bunch of people. And Jamie Lee Curtis is one crazy bad@$$ Grandma, who's ready for war. I'm in!

Let's revamp the slasher genre. I'm ready for this.

I really hope this movie does well and brings back the slasher movie. It will be only a matter of time till we see Jason and Freddy back too.. that's if they ever settle that damn F13th rights thing.

I wasn't sold on the first trailer, though this one genuinely has me excited. This already seems like one of the best performances Jamie Lee Curtis has ever given. Her presence in this movie alone has me excited, but everything seems to be on-point too. I really hope this manages to be something special.

I've only seen the original years ago so I'm not overly familiar with the sequels so for me this trailer didn't seem like it was spoiling anything?

Looks good. I'm way excited for this, but the one thing I have always wanted from a Halloween movie, but have never really gotten was some kind of an explanation for why Myers is superhuman.

Just being crazy and murderous will not make a person super strong or able to survive almost any damage and get right back up. I have this dim hope that this movie will go there a little.
