We got our first look at some official images from the upcoming Halloween movie last night, but the first trailer is set to scare its way online in just two days time. In anticipation, we have a brief teaser to get horror fans hyped.

HALLOWEEN: Michael Myers Returns To Terrorise Laurie Strode In These First Official Images

There's very little in the way of actual footage, but we do get a smattering of new dialogue mixed with some audio from the iconic original. Speaking of which, John Carpenter fans will be very happy to hear that the director's original spine-tingling score is being carried over to this new take on the Michael Myers mythology.

Check out the vid below along with a new image, and be sure to return on Friday to witness Laurie Strode's final confrontation with The Shape.

@Cayde6 - His mask is a reflection of what he is so to see it withered and weathered, wrinkled, old and warped now gives me the ideal that not much is pretty under that mask.

Out of all the slasher horror films, Halloween has always been at the bottom of my list. I'm willing to give this one a chance (the trailer at least), but I'm not keeping my hopes up too high. Prepared to give this one a solid "meh."

If you're on Facebook, check out the group Killer Flicks. It's a lovely group of horror enthusiasts. It's honestly one of my favorite social groups. We all are eagerly awaiting this film. Halloween, First Purge, and Hereditary are on my hype horror list for this year.
