The CW Announces Return Date Of SUPERNATURAL
Supernatural is entering its ninth year on television, and the CW has now announced the date that the show - which stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki - will return to the network this Fall. Hit the jump to find out it returns!
Earlier today it was revealed that Arrow would be back for its second season on Wednesday, October 9th. While the bulk of the CW's lineup kicks off on the 7th of that month, they're saving Supernatural and new series The Originals for the following Tuesday. The reason for this is to presumably avoid the latter having to square off against the premiere of ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Regardless, Supernatural - which has gained a dedicated fan following over the years despite not being the CW's biggest ratings draw - will be back at 9pm on Tuesday, October 15th.
