Sakar International announced at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas that the company will offer more products for Iron Man 2:

"Sakar International is getting ready for a complete line of branded "Iron Man 2" spy gear inspired by the famous Tony Stark, portrayed by no other than Robert Downey Jr. The products are being developed under a license agreement with Marvel Entertainment, following Sakar's earlier Marvel licenses for "Iron Man," "Hulk" and "The Amazing Spider Man."

"The line is expected to include over a dozen SKUs ranging from spy watches, walkie talkie/voice changers and digital and video cameras to nightvision goggles, blacklight decoders, micro-listening devices and video game accessories.

"The 'Iron Man' franchise lends itself to branded youth electronics because of the story line and gadgets like electromagnets and power suits that appear in the various Iron Man properties," said Paul Gitter, President of Consumer Products for North America, Marvel Entertainment. "Sakar's line of spy gear will fit right in and provide good play value for any child who is an Iron Man fan."

"'Iron Man 2' is among the most sought-after licenses in the market today, and it's rich in opportunities for product development," said Liza Abrams, Sakar Vice President of Licensing. "It's a tribute to Marvel Entertainment's care and feeding of the franchise, and it will result in one of our strongest lineups of branded merchandise to date."

Sakar's "Iron Man 2" license is the latest addition to a rapidly expanding licensing program. The company also holds licenses for well-known brands including Kodak, Made for iPod, Crayola, LeapFrog, Sanrio's Hello Kitty, The Weather Channel, and Nickelodeon properties such as iCarly and SpongeBob SquarePants.

@LEEE- In all fairness having Spidey like 16 makes sense, its closer to the comics

I'm just annoyed they didn't give the rights back to Marvel, because that measn we'll need ANOTHER reboot to introduce him into the marvel movie universe

Because nothing says spy/stealth like a dude in red and orange 500lb. armor flying through the air.

LEE: I completely agree! Though in some ways it might be interesting to see the high school Peter from Stan Lee and Steve Ditko's original run, I have a horrible feeling we'll end up with a [frick]ing Ultimate Spider-Man movie instead! :(

Ryden, actually if you look into this rebooting of SM4, you'll find they are rebooting with collaborative plans with Marvel and Columbia pictures. That said, this rebooting may already be preparing to lend itself to the new Marvel Movie Universe...

This is how spiderman should start:

Spiderman swinging through manhattan
"Who am I? Are you kidding me? you know who I am! I'm your friendly neighbourhood spiderman!

Its simple, its straighforward and it tells us that we already know who he is origin-wise. Then again maybe it is too simple, anyway I really want Peter too be more joking and enjoy being spiderman like he is in the comic. More quick-mouthed spidey, less weepy peter.
