While out promoting his latest film, the Guy Ritchie-directed Sherlock Holmes, actor Robert Downey, Jr. was asked which of his on-screen personas would win in a fight, Tony Stark or Sherlock Holmes, and he said:
"Out of the suit, I think Sherlock would tear Tony up. But then it depends - [Tony] might have a little piece of safety tech on him."
