We've seen a lot of photos from the set of Joker as it continues shooting in New York City but we're surprisingly still no closer to knowing how things will play out in the DC Comics adaptation. One thing which has become clear, though, is the fact that the villain will be an anarchist of sorts who convinces Gotham City's working class to rise up against the 1%, including Batman's father, Thomas Wayne.
In this latest batch of photos, we see The Joker seemingly walking away from a crime as the police run past him seemingly oblivious to who he is or that he's more than likely the one responsible for that.
If you click on the link in the Tweet below to check them out, you'll also see that these close up shots provide our best look yet at the makeup he'll wear seemingly throughout the course of this origin story. While some fans remain convinced that he'll end up looking exactly like his comic book counterpart by the time all is said and done, the fact this adventure is so grounded makes that somewhat unlikely.
