The first screenshot of Batman from Justice League war has been revealed. The art style appears to be very similar to the style used for The Flashpoint Paradox.

Check out the preview below.

The film is based on the first Justice League arc from the New 52. The film stars Alan Tudyk as Superman, Jason O'Mara as Batman, Michelle Monaghan as Wonder Woman, Christopher Gorham as The Flash, Justin Kirk as Green Lantern, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, Travis Willingham as Shazam and Steve Blum as Darkseid.

Flash's New 52 suit looks like a piece of shit when its animated.
Hopefully they don't give Superman a big head.

Still pissed that Shazam is replacing Aquaman. And that Cyborg is on the League.

I think this screenshot looks a little bit better than Flashpoint. I personally thought the animation was horrible for Flashpoint.

@JediPhilosopher it simply depends on your type of time travel. There are a few types out there in the media world. No one knows which type is close to being true.

I don't think replacing Aquaman with Shazam was the brightest idea. They're too scared to use Aquaman, which is very unacceptable. If they ever plan on doing a Justice League film possibly involving Aquaman, they need to put Arthur in this one to promote how much of a bad-ass he is in other media. The general audience can't see how much of a bad-ass he is in comics because they barely even read comics and mainly get their information source of comic-book characters through television/animation, which is why they should include Aquaman in this one.

The Warner Bros. logic is incoherent...

@Jedi,
Looper had a lot of inconsistencies, especially the climax of the film. It bothered me at first but then I just let it go and enjoyed the movie for what it was. I watched Flashpoint last night, it was f'n awesome! I didn't dwell too much on the time travel aspect though.
How about the violence in that movie? It was way unexpected!

@Marauder,
I have no idea why they would be afraid to use Aquaman. Flashpoint used the Flash as its main character and did it in a great way, not to mention Aquaman had a big role.
If they did Justice League:Throne of Atlantis, they could use the same method of storytelling to get away with an Aquaman-centric film.
It is confusing why they wouldn't use him in a team story, it's not like people will be let down because there's too much Aquaman!

I don't mind the anime style when it actually IS anime. But this faux-Japanese art style DC animation has been using is just plain fugly.

for animation the new 52 Flash looks lame, where the hell is Aquaman, the voice acting is hopefully good... Im still hoping for a new 52 Aquaman, Knightfall and Killing Joke story

I'm really irritated that they are not using Aquaman.

Also please give me a Kingdom Come animated feature using the realistic animation.

was never a big DC fan (besides Batman) until i started watching their animated movies and i cant wait to see this. DC are miles ahead of Marvel when it comes to animated movies

Killing Joke? Animated? I dunno. It would either have to be toned down almost beyond recognition or be way more disturbing than anything WB animation is willing to do. Plus they'd have to invent a proper ending. (The screen goes black and Joker sings Journey's "Don't Stop Believin" over the credits?) Either way, Alan Moore would have his usual conniption.

I'd like to see The Long Halloween adapted. And as a single proper length movie, too. None of that two 70-minute discs bullshit.

Gotta say, Jason O'Mara sounds amazing as Batman. But Steve Blum is not Darkseid. He's Wolverine. And Spike Spiegel. He's an excellent voice actor, but Darkseid's voice should be an earth-shaking rumble.

I love Geoff Johns' idea that Batman and Hal just don't get along at all. It makes such perfect sense.

@RexDartEskimoSpy I don't like the idea of Hal and Bruce friendship. It seems like a way he wants to make his favorite character more popular with the most popular character.
