It seems today is the day for promo art! We received a new look at concept art for Captain America/Nomad's Avengers: Infinity War crew and we also saw a new banner for Justice League which featured the Man of Steel front and center.

Now, we have two new promo posters for Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Ray Fisher's Cyborg which surfaced on reddit and appear to be from some promotional Justice League stickers uploaded and promptly removed from Amazon.

Expect promo posters for the rest of the League to surface soon.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

@auditore - Cyborg and Flash look like the designers put together their costumes out of crap found in a deep dumpster dive. Their classic looks should have been tweaked a bit for the films instead of replaced by junkyard nightmares.

@auditore - I agree... unfortunately.

So what makes someone a Metahuman

Wonder Woman is not really "human"
Superman is not human
Green Lantern's powers were given to him which is not dependent on being human or not
Cyborg's cybernetics were given to him.

Is being a Metahuman a genetic difference or does it just mean that you are enhanced. If the latter then Batman is a metahuman.

@Forthas - In the comics, it occasionally is used as the DC equivalent of the X-Gene, but it normally refers to any superhuman, no matter how they got their powers.

@TheNightman - My problem is that it is something that is dangled out to the audience in BVS and there is no follow up or exploration of that plot point. They did the same thing with the codex that was merged with Superman. These things are just thrown out there with no explanation.

@Forthas - Yeah, that's true. Maybe it'll get an explanation in JL, but probably not. I agree about the codex, though some think that it'll be used to explain Superman's resurrection.

@Forthas - I think its up for debate but for me it was anyone with physical or psychic abilities that exceed those of a standard human. So say Batman wouldnt be despite being more capable than anyone else but say the splicers form Batman Beyond would be because they have kind of surpassed the genetic potential of humanity by artificial means. So anyone with natural superpowers, magic, or genetic/cybernetic manipulation would be but ts never really nailed down

@Forthas - humanoid being with powers?
Kurne

They thinned out Cyborg's arms/made them more robotic because they wanted to take away the idea of an actor in some cheap suit. But it looks ridiculous.

@Kurne - If he looked like his original design, people would call him a War Machine ripoff. Cant please everyone.

@Dotanuki - Lol its pretty valid. People are coming out with every reason to hate a live action Cyborg. I'm simply stating that it didn't matter what Cyborg looked like. The fact that he is in Justice League and not GL or MM pisses people off and those people will protest the decision in their own way.

Cyborg still looks too thin... other than that, I like what I've seen from the rest of the JL's outfits.
