Though he stopped just short of making it official, Kevin Feige did pretty much confirm that Charlie Cox will reprise the role of Matt Murdock/Daredevil at some point in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Where and when we'll see him is still up in the air (Spider-Man: No Way Home is a decent bet), but if Cox is returning, can we expect to see his fellow Netflix stars to join him at some point?
Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle) and Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) have both been rumored for upcoming projects, and although we haven't heard anything about Mike Colter (Luke Cage) or Finn Jones (Danny Rand), it does seem likely that Marvel Studios would have reached out to at least some of the other actors from the now defunct Netflix shows.
Feige was asked about the possibility during an interview with Screen Rant, and while he wasn't quite as forthcoming as he was about Cox's return, he did give a fairly positive "wait and see" response.
"I always say that whenever a character comes back into the Marvel sandbox, it becomes another tool in the storytelling ability of the MCU. As I said before, the good news is, all will be revealed when people actually finally watch."
It looks like Vincent D'Onofrio is going to appear as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin in an upcoming episode of Hawkeye, and if Cox does show up in No Way Home, we're betting they won't be the last!
