Marvel Studios' upcoming project Armor Wars, among many of their other projects in current development, has had a spoiler description released which reveals major plot points that may so likely occur in the movie.
Keep in mind, while the status of these descriptions still remains as "rumors", the possibility of these events seems EXTREMELY likely to happen, considering that another project's story will inaugurate the beginning of "Armor Wars.
Before Armor Wars will commence, Secret Invasion will take place, marking the start of the war between Skrulls against The Kree. The end of Secret Invasion will see this war have the humans thrown into the mix, as it will now be taken place on Earth.
This is where Armor Wars begins because once more, the Department of Damage Control will make yet another appearance, this time with a major role. They have access to STARK Technology, which they plan to use in order for fighting in the war.
The technology they possess is the IronMan suit, which is tech that the government planned to come to an agreement on sharing with Tony back in Iron Man 2, and now that they have seized it during the ongoing investigation in NWH, they can now utilize it to end this war.
Rhodey will step in because of this, as Tony Stark's desire after the first "Iron Man" was to never have his technology of any kind be manipulated as lethal weaponry in an act of war ever again. To honor his friend's wishes, Rhodey will do everything humanely possible to provide order, and justice.
Teddy Altman, also known as "Hulkling", will make his debut sometime during Armor Wars, as a part of the Avengers Failsafe Program. This program in the comics was made by Vision if the original team of Avengers disbanded -- or even worse. It marked the beginning of the Young Avengers, which is a movie that we may see soon in the future.
