Marvel Studios Confirmed To Have Hall H Presence At This Year's San Diego Comic-Con

With D23 taking place this year, we weren't expecting Marvel to have a large presence at 2018's San Diego Comic-Con, but it has now been confirmed that the studio will indeed be holding a Hall H panel...

Good news for MCU fans, because Marvel Studios will have a Hall H presence at this year's San Diego Comic-Con after all.

Deadline reports that there is no concrete lineup in place, but there's obviously a pretty good chance we'll learn a lot more about Marvel's plans for Phase 4, and fans will be hoping for some kind of update regarding the recently acquired 20th Century Fox properties.

As far as actual footage goes, the solo Black Widow movie is already in production so that's a fairly safe bet, and there's also a chance Marvel will have something to show us from The Eternals by then.

We'll probably get some updates on the Disney+ shows, too, but any major news relating to the likes of Loki, WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Solider will most likely be saved for D23.

Hopefully we'll get an official announcement from Marvel soon, but in in the meantime let us know what you hope to see from the MCU at SDCC this year in the comments.

@Curlyhairfro - Carmen San's son. The better question is where is Dan Diego?

(He's actually at home. Unlike his mother, Dan has crippling agoraphobia.)

@WeaponXCII - Wouldn't bet on an X-Men announcement this soon, but I'll settle for a Fantastic 4 announcement for sure. I'll be patient with the X-Men, they need their rest, too much exposure over the years, even a really good MCU X-Men movie can't undo the X-Men over saturation.

@WeaponXCII - You're setting yourself up for disappointment if you think X-Men are coming in this early. They already have the entirety of Phase 4 planned out because it was before the Disney/Fox merger. Then the Dark Phoenix bomb happened.

It's going to be a good 5-7 years before they even get talked about in terms of a re-introduction.

If they do go all in on a slate announcement, I hope they do a big performance of it. I'm not a con-goer, but the pictures that come out of stuff like that are fun on their own.

Awesome. I look forward to all the news and I hope Marvel drops some news about Fantastic 4. Maybe a plot idea and some concept art. Doubt they would have a cast yet but that would be cool.
