Finally a movie starring America's greatest jock Thad Castle is happening. Although Blue Mountain State is not a Comic Book Movie it does star Alan Ritchson who should be well know in that universe by now for starring in Smallville, Hunger Games: Catching Fire and the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's movie.

Blue Mountain State was a show about a fictional university and it's football team, "The Mountain Goats". It portrays certain aspects of American university life, including football, sex, binge drinking, drugs, wild partying and hazing in a hilarious way and it aired on Spike TV.

The show aired 3 seasons from January 2010 to November 2011 before being announced as cancelled Feburary 2012 due to low ratings.

The Kickstarter campaign for BMS: The Movie was launched on April 15th 2014 and will end on May 15th 2014. As of writing this the campaign has raised over $1,150,000 of it's $1,500,000 goal with only just over $300,000 till that goal is reached now is time to contribute and be a part of BMS history.

The Kickstarter project has a load of reward incentives for backers who contribute, so you will get something out of it and why would you not back a movie that will have this lovely lady in it:

Also I suggest that you head over to the the official BMS The Movie Youtube channel for funny videos promoting the movie starring the cast.
