Mandeville Films partners David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman have teamed up with Top Cow to produce "Crosshair."

Apparently the comic tells the story of..

"a former CIA assassin turned suburban superdad who faces his most dangerous enemy ever -- himself. The man learns that he has 48 hours until a suppressed program in his brain will turn him into an unstoppable killing machine aimed at the President of the United States and races against the clock to uncover and reverse the source of his trigger."

"Crosshair is a unique premise in which the main character is both the hero and the villain," said Lieberman in a statement. "This dichotomy is very unsettling, which makes it a fantastic twist for audiences."

I have heard of this but never read it. Sounds a bit like a mix between The Manchurian Candidate and D.O.A. Maybe its great, maybe the movie will be too, but I find it a bit hard to get exited for these obscure action/thriller comic adaptations. Red looks pretty good though! Anyway since it would appear that the studios are determined to adapt every single one of these type of comics that exists, how about 100 Bullets next film type people?
