The Director-less(Peyton Reed left last week as initially reported by AICN) Marvel comic book adaption for 20th Century Fox is now set to begin filming in Vancouver in late December 2003 at Mammoth Film Studios in Burnaby a suburb of Vancouver(the studio where Riddick currently is and X2/Santa Clause 2 were in 2002). There were rumors of the production checking out Toronto but nothing could match the film studio and other facilities here in Vancouver. The next big question is who will direct? Comic-X-Fan talked to Executive Producer Ralph Winter and he mentioned how he is going for an X-Men feel, interesting article.
