Léa Seydoux Confirmed For BOND 24 "Femme Fatale"

It was rumoured back in July that the lovely Blue Is The Warmest Color actress was the "top choice" for the female lead in Sam Mendes' new James Bond movie, and now we appear to have confirmation of that. More past the jump.

A few months back, our pals over at The Schmoes Know reported that French beauty and star of the controversial 2013 Palme d'Or winner Blue is the Warmest Color, Léa Seydoux, was the front runner for a role in the next Bond movie. Now, the (generally) reliable Baz Bamigboye has confirmed as much. Her character is still a mystery, but word is she'll be playing ""the femme fatale." Of course that doesn't really narrow it down, as she could still be a Bond Girl, a villain, or even another MI6 Agent. Whatever her role, Seydoux (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Beauty And The Beast) joins Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris in the film which is due to shoot in December, for a November 6, 2015 release.

It would be cool to her play a Bond villain.

I would also like to see JB go back to the old days when he use to put the smack down on chicks.

Yes, Bond films had nips. Check out the scene in "The Living Daylights" where Bond walks in on that Russian dude.

I was not the BIGGEST fan of Skyfall... I thought it was just okay. I wish we would get a new Bond movie with more gadgets and tech. Skyfall felt like something Nolan would make :/

She's got a really great sexy femme fatale look to her. She was great in MI4, in Woody Allens film Midnight in Paris and just amazing in Blue is the Warmest Color. Plus she's french which is difinitely FTW!
