Léa Seydoux Confirmed For BOND 24 "Femme Fatale"
It was rumoured back in July that the lovely Blue Is The Warmest Color actress was the "top choice" for the female lead in Sam Mendes' new James Bond movie, and now we appear to have confirmation of that. More past the jump.
A few months back, our pals over at The Schmoes Know reported that French beauty and star of the controversial 2013 Palme d'Or winner Blue is the Warmest Color, Léa Seydoux, was the front runner for a role in the next Bond movie. Now, the (generally) reliable Baz Bamigboye has confirmed as much. Her character is still a mystery, but word is she'll be playing ""the femme fatale." Of course that doesn't really narrow it down, as she could still be a Bond Girl, a villain, or even another MI6 Agent. Whatever her role, Seydoux (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Beauty And The Beast) joins Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris in the film which is due to shoot in December, for a November 6, 2015 release.
