POLL: What Are Your Thoughts On STARDUST's Charlie Cox Playing DAREDEVIL?
Ben Affleck played The Man Without Fear in 2003's dreadful Daredevil movie, while Patrick Wilson would have likely starred in Joe Carnahan's take had it been given the green light at Fox. Now, Boardwalk Empire and Stardust actor Charlie Cox has been planned in Netflix's TV series. Thought?
Marvel has a habit of surprising us with their casting decisions, and they almost always work out for the best despite how unexpected they might be when first announced. If you've seen Boardwalk Empire and Stardust, you'll know that this will likely be the case when it comes to Charlie Cox too! The British actor will play Daredevil in Marvel and Netflix's planned 13 episode series which is set to also be joined on the online streaming service by Iron Fist, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. That will culminate in a Defenders event series, though there are currently very few details on the plot or tone of any of these shows. Regardless, this is a major casting announcement and we want to know how you guys feel about Marvel choosing Cox to play the fan favourite character!
