It seems that Mark "RorMachine" Cassidy was onto something in his article, "Is Joe Russo Teasing A PUNISHER Cameo In CAPTAIN AMERICA: TWS?". I encourage you to check out his article for more details.

We all know that Marvel Studios has regained the rights to Frank Castle aka Punisher, so could they be subtly working him into the MCU? Could they have been teasing us since All Hail the King?
Per the CinemaBlend article (Source link below), the writer of the interview with Joe Russo asserts that the director was joking about the Captain America: The Winter Soldier teaser. However, Marvel Studios may have already thrown us an Easter Egg in the One-Shot All Hail the King.
In an interview with Eric Eisenberg of CinemaBlend, Drew Pearce (Writer/Director of All Hail the King) told him to keep an eye on the names on the cells at the beginning of the short. In doing so, he noticed a prisoner by the name of Luis Allegre.
Luis Allegre is a member of the Costa Family which is responsible for the death of Frank Castle's family and birthed our beloved anti-hero, The Punisher.
Whether or not this is meant to actually spawn a Punisher movie/appearance I still think it's a pretty cool Easter Egg. Personally I think that Punisher would be great as part of the Netflix MCU with the street-level heroes.
What do you think about the Punisher running around the MCU? Do you think that this Easter Egg was just that, or do you think Marvel Studios has future plans for the character?
NOTE: For some reason I'm unable to embed the picture in the article. I'm waiting on feedback on how to post the picture, but in the meantime CBM member "Doopie" has helped me out and posted it in the Comments section below. Check it out!
