It All Started Here...
Fans have been anxiously anticipating a teaser trailer for the latest installment in Universal's block-busting dino franchise, Jurassic World: Dominion, and it's just been announced that the first footage will be attached to IMAX screenings of Fast and Furious 9, which is set to hit theaters on June 25.
Original Jurassic Park star Sam Neill, who will reprise the role of Dr. Alan Grant, shared the news over Twitter along with a new poster for the movie. Still no full dino reveals, but the pesky mosquito who started it all is given the spotlight.
Check out the poster below along with an image of a new feathered dino, the Moros Intrepidus.
Neill is set to join fellow JP originals Laura Dern (Dr. Ellie Sattler) and Jeff Goldblum (Dr. Ian Malcolm). We're still not sure what kind of role they'll play in this film, but they are expected to make more than just brief cameo appearances after Goldblum's two minutes of screen-time in Fallen Kingdom came in for a lot of backlash.
Jurassic World: Dominion will also see the return of the previous movies' stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard as Owen Grady and Claire Dearing, along with Jake Johnson (Lowery Cruthers), Omar Sy (Barry Sembane), Justice Smith (Franklin Webb), Daniella Pineda (Zia Rodriguez), Isabella Sermon (Maisie Lockwood), and BD Wong (Dr. Henry Wu).
Franchise newcomers include Mamoudou Athie (Sorry for Your Loss), DeWanda Wise (She's Gotta Have It), Dichen Lachman (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) and Scott Haze (Venom).
