Jon Favreau has announced that the title of the live-action scripted Star Wars TV series for Disney's new streaming service will be: The Mandalorian!

Last month, a rumor did the rounds which claimed that the mysterious show would revolve around the "restoration of Mandalor" after the fall of The Empire in Return of The Jedi, and it looks like there was at least some truth to that.

The synopsis mentions Boba and Jango Fett, but we're still not sure if we'll actually see them put in an appearance. This story is set to focus on a "lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic."

Very interesting. Kinda like a Han Solo type of character or well you know, someone that doesn't rely on lightsabers.

Off-topic: Matt Bomer joins Doom Patrol to portray Negative Man's alter ego Larry Trainor in the flashbacks and also give the voice over to Negative Man behind the bandages. Just like Brendan Fraser.

And Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco will voice Harley Quinn in the rated-r animated show on DC Universe.
