STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI - Luke Skywalker And Rey Grace EW's Fall Preview Covers; New Stills Released

EW has debuted this week's Fall Preview covers, and they feature stunning new looks at Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and Rey (Daisy Ridley) from Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

We know from the trailer that Luke will agree to train the powerful young force-wielder at some point in the film, but it sounds like fans should expect to see a very different Luke to the iconic hero of the original Star Wars trilogy.

According to EW's accompanying report, Rey finds "a man overpowered by regret, eager to close the book on his past while living out the rest of his days on an isolated island" when she first arrives to Ahch-To.

Does this signal a turn to the Dark Side? That seems to be the prevailing theory, but there's almost certainly more to the story one way or the other.

Expect to see a lot more from Star Wars: The Last Jedi over the next few days, but be sure to check out the new stills below in the meantime.
