We were treated to a brief sneak peek yesterday, and now, the full-length theatrical trailer for Daniel Espinosa's upcoming sci-fi thriller Life has arrived online.

The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal (Nocturnal Animals), Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation), and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) as three of six astronauts that will travel into the great beyond where they discover something so horrifying that their lives, as well as Earth's immediate future, are put at an extinction-level risk.

Check it out below:

it looks good, but if the whole movie seems to rely on "weird creature gonna kill us all one by one" idea and won't add nothing more, just scenes of people screaming at each other and people killing each other, or people being killed by an alien ... even 1,5 hour would be a stretch.

It'd be cool if this was a Marvel movie. And it was an origin story to the Symbiote. Which could properly introduce a future Spiderman sequel with Venom.

But since it's not...

Looks like we will get some pretty darn good performances in this

I thought it was an excellent trailer but showed a little too much. Unless it's a misdirection I feel we already know Ryan Reynolds fate

Is this trailer giving us the whole movie? My prediction is that Gyllenhall and Ferguson's characters are the only members of the crew to make it back to Earth along with the Symbiote until they kill it there with one of them sacrificing them self for the good of man kind. Hope I'm wrong. Hope it's deeper than that. I liked the trailer though. Like all of the actors.

I'm curious about this movie. Glad that the scientist survived that part where the alien creature wraps around his arm.
