Another Official Still From Ridley Scott's ALIEN: COVENANT Gives Us A Look At The Crew In Hypersleep
20th Century Fox has released a new Alien: Covenant image, which appears to show the crew resting peacefully in their cryotubes. These pics are counting down to something - is that trailer imminent?
Following yesterday's colonial marines-inspired image from Alien: Covenant, we have this second still from the Ridley Scott-helmed sci-fi horror flick. This time we get a glimpse of the crew of The Covenant (at least, we assume it's them) lined up in their cryoptubes, enjoying a relaxing hypersleep before the inevitable carnage kicks off.
Both this and the previous image were accompanied by a set of mysterious numbers, which could well be some sort of countdown to that first highly anticipated trailer.
We'll keep you updated on that, but for now check out the new pic below.
“Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.”
Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Demien Bichir and Danny McBride, and is set to hit theaters on August 4, 2017.
