SILVER AND BLACK Will Reportedly Feature Several Surprising SPIDER-MAN Villains Including Tombstone

We previously reported on a rumor that Sony's Silver and Black movie may feature Mac Gargan/Scorpion from Spider-Man: Homecoming, and That Hashtag Show now reckon they've confirmed the sinister villain's involvement - but from the sounds of things, he won't be alone.

According to the latest video report below, Silver and Black is being set up to be "an an old school action film in the vein of The Dirty Dozen", and will see the big screen debut of quite a few Spider-Man baddies. In addition to Scorpion, we can expect: Mendel Stromm/Gaunt, Anton Rodriguez/Tarantula, Dimitri Smerdyakov/Chameleon, and Lonnie Lincoln/Tombstone.

How exactly this fearsome five (sorry, DC) will factor into the plot remains to be seen, but none aside from Gaunt are expected to feature too prominently.

Check out the vid, and be sure to share your thoughts in the usual place.

I'm blown out. I hope the movie is good, but none of it interests me. Not hating, just not excited.

@DashParr - I'm with you. Considering how Sony screwed the pooch with this franchise twice, and Marvel just resurrected it, I'm not excited for Sony making their own movies. It'll also just make a mess out of continuity and confuse casual fans
