Spider-Man: No Way Home featured a lot of moments that left fans cheering in their seats, and among them was Charlie Cox's return as Matt Murdock. While the actor wasn't given the opportunity to suit up as Daredevil, he was still part of a memorable exchange in Peter Parker's apartment.
We didn't get the courtroom scene that was rumoured, but the lawyer did offer Peter, Aunt May, and Happy Hogan some much-needed legal advice (while catching a brick thrown through the web-slinger's window). Previously, Cox has talked about a cut Easter Egg that would have referenced Jon Favreau's time playing Foggy Nelson in 2003's Daredevil, but was that from this deleted scene?
In footage shared from some of Spider-Man: No Way Home's special features, we see director Jon Watts shooting a scene with Matt and Happy, likely dealing with the latter's own legal issues.
As much fun as this would have been to see, an argument could be made that Daredevil's return made a greater impact because it was for just the one memorable scene. It doesn't sound like we'll be waiting too long until we get to see more of Cox's Man Without Fear, anyway, as rumour has it he'll suit up again during an appearance in She-Hulk later this year.
Spider-Man: No Way Home releases on Digital on March 15 and physical platforms on April 12.
