SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME Star Tom Holland On Sharing The Screen With Peter Parker's Lawyer - SPOILERS

With his identity revealed to the world, Peter Parker needs a little legal help in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Now, Tom Holland has shared his thoughts on the actor he worked with in that particular scene...

Rumours swirled for months that Charlie Cox would reprise the role of Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home, and it happened in one of the movie's best scenes. In Peter Parker's apartment, the Man Without Fear offered some legal advice to the teenager and explained that while he wouldn't face any sort of punishment through the courts, he would have to face the court of public opinion.

With that, the blind lawyer caught a brick that was thrown through the window, proving that the Marvel Cinematic Universe's version of Matt most definitely has his comic book abilities.

In an interview with Marvel.com, Tom Holland revealed what it was like to work alongside the Daredevil star on the set of Spider-Man: No Way Home. "We had so much fun working with Charlie. It's really interesting doing a scene between two Super Heroes that has no real Super Hero stuff in it. Apart from the bit when he catches the brick."

"It was awesome. It was great," the actor enthused. "I loved working with Charlie."

It was an amazing way to reintroduce Matt, and while he won't remember Peter following the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the stage has been set for him to take on a much larger role in the MCU moving forward. We're hoping he next appears in She-Hulk, while Echo seems highly likely.

Oh, and we're definitely banking on a Spider-Man/Daredevil team-up in the not too distant future...

I don’t think many people realized in the theater that Charlie was sharing the screen with Favreu also who played Foggy in the Daredevil movie with Affleck.

@manofillintent1 - right. Why even put the spoilers in the subject line if you’re just going to actually spoil it IN the subject line

Putting a spoiler tag next to the word lawyer is like putting a wet surface sign on the ocean.

QUESTION:

When Peter, at the very end of the film, exited his new apartment through the window, there was, on the dresser(?) next to the window, what looked like another Spider-Man mask, a Lego Darth character shooting shit out his hands, and what appeared to be a large bunched-up pile of purple cloth material.

Anybody have any ideas what this could be, or am I seeing this incorrectly?

Thanks.

@LSHF - The Darth Sidious Lego was from the Death Star Set he was building with Ned in Homecoming, so he is probably keeping as a memoir of their friendship that only he remembers; i don't remember purple cloth, but there was several pieces of cloth he used for his new costume.

@LSHF - The lego figure was how ned was introduced in homecoming. the other mask might just be the one he wore throughout the movie. The purple I'm not sure I have to see it again.

@HeeroG - Thanks. I didn't notice the purple cloth (or whatever it was) until the second time I watched it. I think Peter was going out the window at this point, which may be why I didn't notice it at first, as I was watching him.

@LSHF - Purple cloth is probably from Norman's suit. Maybe as a reminder of the events that took place and what drove him to the decision at the end.

These are silly articles. All that every happens in that the actors praise the other actors because, what else are they going to do? Insult them?

@LSHF - My sentiments exactly. I just glance over and come to the comments section to join in the fun with others posters. Also it's a huge relief we have a movie that we can generally agree on was good, it's been so long😂
LSHF
LSHF - 12/22/2021, 10:02 PM
@Kadara - The comments section is, many times, better than the articles (especially if they are rumors), but now that most people seem to be agreeing with each on a film and not nitpicking it to death (which can be easy to do), it IS a huge relief.

Excellent point.

@Kadara - Agreed.

And same to you, Kadara.

And I hope the next year goes better for everyone as much as possible. It's not a "Happy New Year", but I think it's somewhat of a more realistic wish.

Stay safe and healthy.
